Product descriptions, sizes, GSM ranges and photographs on this website are provided as a general guide to our manufacturing range. Bags are made to order, so the exact fabric, GSM, size, printing and lamination supplied are those confirmed in writing on your quotation or purchase order.
Prices and quotations
Any price shown on this site is indicative only. Final pricing depends on quantity, GSM, bag size, printing, lamination and prevailing raw-material rates, and is confirmed in the written quotation issued by our sales team. Quotations remain valid for the period stated on them.
Orders and dispatch
An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing. Production lead time, minimum order quantity, packing and dispatch arrangements are agreed for each order. Transport is arranged as mutually agreed and risk passes on handover to the transporter unless stated otherwise.
Quality and claims
Goods are manufactured to the specification confirmed on the order. Any claim regarding quantity or quality should be raised with supporting photographs within a reasonable period of receipt so that we can inspect and resolve it.
Intellectual property
The Shri Balaji Polypack name, logo, website text and product photographs belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission. Artwork you supply for printing remains yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Delhi.
